The Aims and Purposes of the Islamic Religion

The Islamic Shari 'a has the purposes and objectives set for the achievement of the interests of the slaves, which are the five necessities and purposes: the preservation of religion, self, mind, money and descent. These are the necessities with which human beings reside only.

Debt preservation

God has embarked on means by which religion can be preserved by acting with it, by jihad, by advocating for it, by governing it and by refunding everything that is contrary to it.

The Islamic religion is a belief and an act whose purpose is only to work with it. Islam knows the effect of religion only when it is applied in reality. The act of religion is the duty of every Muslim who is responsible for any reasonable adult.

God has obliged every reasonable Muslim to pray, inspire Zakat, fast Ramadan and Hajj Beit Allah, the honourable Kaaba. Muslims must carry out their duties and leave the taboo.

Religion must be judged because it is necessary to preserve it. One of the tasks of the scholars of Islam is to manifest and manifest the right from the false to the religion of the people. To rule without Allah is to waste religion.

The Islamic Shari 'a has established means of self-preservation by prohibiting abuse and by withholding pretexts leading to murder, Qisas and the need for proof in self-killing and self-assurance and to delay the execution of the killing if he fears he will be killed by others, to pardon qisas and, if necessary, to remove the prohibitions.

Islam has forbidden self-aggression and promised it from the beacons of sins, blocking pretexts leading to the killing of oneself and bearing arms on them. The Messenger of Allah said, "The one who carried arms on us is not from us."

Qisas for anyone who has wrongfully killed and bloodshed if the parents of the murdered are not exempt, qisas only kill the killer to preserve the lives of relatives and parents of the murderer who have nothing to do with it, and to ensure oneself that the blood money of murder is solely on the killer without his family.

Purpose of Mind Preservation

God has distinguished human beings from animals through the mind, but not the mind, to become as bestial as his death without knowing what is the difference between right and wrong. The integrity of the mind must be preserved from all spoilers affecting it such as liquor and drugs.

Intent to preserve descent or offspring
